TERMS AND CONDITION OF REGISTRATION

Indonesia’s Green Jobs Conference (IGJC) 2026

Welcome to the Indonesia's Green Jobs Conference (IGJC) 2026.

By completing the registration through the official IGJC 2026 registration platform, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

1. Indonesia's Green Jobs Conference (IGJC) 2026 is organized by the Directorate of Employment, Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) in collaboration with the Green Jobs for Social Inclusion and Sustainable Transformation (GESIT) project.
2. Participation in the conference is free of charge for participants who receive official confirmation from the Organizing Committee.
3. Registration is only valid when submitted through the official IGJC 2026 registration platform.
4. Each participant may register only once using a valid and active email address.

2. Registration and Confirmation

1. Participants are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process.
2. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify all submitted information.
3. Submission of the registration form does not automatically guarantee participation in either the onsite or online conference.
4. Confirmation of participation will be sent via the registered email address after the verification process and subject to venue capacity.
5. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to close registration before the published deadline once the participant quota has been reached.

3. Attendance

1. Confirmed participants are expected to attend the conference according to the schedule communicated by the Organizing Committee.
2. Participants must present their registration QR Code or confirmation email during the registration process at the venue.
3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify participants' identities when necessary.

4. Changes and Cancellation

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, venue, programme, or other arrangements when necessary.
2. Participants who are unable to attend after receiving confirmation are encouraged to notify the Organizing Committee as early as possible to allow the opportunity to be offered to other applicants.

5. Photography and Media Consent

1. Photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other forms of documentation will be taken throughout the conference.
2. By participating in IGJC 2026, participants grant permission to the Organizing Committee to use such documentation for reporting, publications, promotional materials, institutional communication, and other non-commercial purposes related to Indonesia's Green Jobs Conference, without compensation.

6. Personal Data Protection

1. Personal data collected during the registration process will be processed and managed responsibly by the Organizing Committee solely for purposes related to the planning, implementation, administration, evaluation, reporting, and communication of Indonesia's Green Jobs Conference (IGJC).
2. By registering, participants consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and regulations.
3. Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be used by the Organizing Committee to provide updates, invitations, publications, surveys, newsletters, and other communications related to Indonesia's Green Jobs Conference (IGJC), including future editions and related programmes, initiatives, and activities.
4. The Organizing Committee is committed to protecting participants' personal data and will not sell or use such information for unrelated commercial purposes.

7. Participant Conduct

1. Participants are expected to comply with all instructions provided by the Organizing Committee throughout the conference.
2. Participants are encouraged to respect fellow participants and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and professional environment.
3. As part of IGJC's commitment to promoting a Green Event, participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles, minimize the use of single-use plastics, and utilize public transportation whenever possible.

8. Rights of the Organizing Committee

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or cancel a participant's registration if inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information is provided, or if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
2. The Organizing Committee may make reasonable adjustments to the conference arrangements whenever necessary to ensure the successful implementation of the event.
3. All decisions made by the Organizing Committee regarding the conference shall be final.
